My guest on this episode is Jeff McCarthy. Jeff is the owner and baker behind Bread Service, a cottage bakery he operates from his home in Greensboro, NC. Jeff is a SAHD (stay at home dad) as well as a veteran of the restaurant industry and former pastry chef. Jeff has only been baking sourdough for a few years and established Bread Service in 2018. In addition to serving his local neighborhood and farmer’s market, Jeff has a reputation in the sourdough community for his generosity in the sharing of his bread knowledge.
